Impact analysis
This project will likely require a significant chunk of the city budget, potentially impacting local taxes or future infrastructure spending.
Local families and seniors who rely on the center for classes, events, and social activities stand to gain the most from upgraded facilities.
Taxpayers who don't use the center might feel the pinch if the project leads to higher costs or diverted funds from other city needs.
